Ready for DIY Pollo Tropical? Fans can now get citrus-marinated chicken ready to cook in their kitchen, plus white rice and black beans at Pollo Pantry.

The popular grilled chicken restaurant is offering a pantry menu, selling whole chickens for $5 and six marinated boneless breasts for $10, at the drive-through and take-out at more than 140 participating locations in Florida.

“Fresh, ready-to-cook chicken can be hard to find in grocery stores these days, so we made it easy to find at Pollo,” says Richard Stockinger of Fiesta Restaurant Group, parent company of Pollo Tropical. “The Pollo Pantry offers guests the marinated chicken they love in a brand new way and lets them cook it right in their own kitchen for the first time ever.”

Customers can still get cooked chicken and other menu items for delivery, drive-through and mobile pick-up. The brand is offering free delivery through Thurs., April 30 on all orders placed through the brand’s website, www.PolloTropical.com, or the MyPollo® app.
