Wonderful winged dishes are on the menu at the third annual Duck Duck Goose Trois, a culinary festival by chef Jeremiah on Sunday, May 27 when South Florida’s top chefs prepare locally raised and pastured fowl in inventive new ways.

“This year, expect a lot more champagne vibes," says chef Jeremiah. "But we’re turning the whole experience up a notch.”

Perhaps best known as the founder of P.I.G. (Pork is Good), now in its 8th year, chef Jeremiah has brought together chefs for an afternoon of food and cocktails at the indoor-outdoor setting at The Anderson. Chefs this year include:
