ADRIFT Mare presents Treasury Wine Dinner
Join us for our debut wine pairing dinner at ADRIFT Mare, where Michelin-starred Chef David Myers, the Gypsy Chef™, presents a four-course menu expertly paired with California’s finest wines from the prestigious Treasury Wines portfolio. A decadent journey from dish to dish, begin with sparkling Frank Family Rouge Sparkling Rosé before diving into plates like king prawns paired with DAOU Vineyards “Sequentis” Merlot to prime rib with Penfolds “Bin 704” Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine hails from a different vineyard, giving a diverse taste to each sip, including the first course's Etude Wines Pinot Gris, second course's Stags’ Leap Sauvignon Blanc, and Penfolds Petite Syrah for dessert.
