Sessions and special events include "The Sugar Wars: Battling Public Health Enemy #1," "Food Culture 2.0: Building Better Brands in the Digital Age," "Food Innovation: Creating Tomorrow's Food," a spotlight on Miami's artisanal food entrpreneurs, and more.
