Carnaval Miami Cooking Showdown

The Cooking Showdown consists of three categories of contestants: kids assisted by their sous chef parents, high school students and culinary students.

A new edge to the competition: Rising culinary stars are provided with a basket of mystery ingredients which they must incorporate into a winning recipe. This Showdown is spiced up with the participation of celebrity chefs, culinary professionals and media personalities.

The Cooking Showdown will be emceed by chef Eileen Andrade from Finka and Kiko Suarez from Telemundo’s “Que Rico con Kiko”.

Prizes include a tuition scholarship and the golden opportunity of an internship with one of the hottest chefs in town.
