Gale Miami Hotel & Residences invites you to celebrate New Year's Eve with an exclusive takeover of Yamashiro, an authentic Japanese restaurant with deep roots in Los Angeles and a bold new presence in Miami, located on the 9th floor. On December 31st, Delight in a sumptuous 5-course dinner featuring exquisite dishes, beginning with the first course: an Amuse-Bouche of Charred Sweet Corn & Dashi Custard with Smoked Truffle Butter garnished with chives. The Second Course offers a refreshing Cucumber Seaweed Salad, tossed in Yuzu Vinaigrette and sesame. The third course presents three irresistible small bites on one plate: an oshizushi wooden box molded with smoked hamachi tartare, a sliver of pickled mango, and a drizzle of wasabi aioli; Seared Wagyu & Foie Gras with Nitsume Reduction; and Lobster Cigars filled with lobster and potato, served with garlic, shallots, and shiso butter. The Entree course offers a choice of Wagyu NY Strip (or a veggie substitute of Eggplant) with Truffle-Yuzu Butter & Caviar accompanied by Charred Asparagus and Garlic Miso, or Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle Beurre Blanc, paired with Shiitake Rice Cake and Pickled Ginger. For Dessert, indulge in a choice of Matcha-Yuzu Cheesecake with White Chocolate & Sesame Brittle or Black Sesame-Chocolate Molten Cake with Toasted Coconut Ice Cream.

The first seating, from 6pm – 9pm, includes the 5-course prix fixe menu for $175++ per person inside or $195++ outside. The second seating, from 10pm – 1am, offers the 5-course prix fixe menu for $195++ per person inside or $225++ outside. Any seating includes a bottle of champagne per couple. For an additional indulgence, enjoy the Open Poolside Bar from 10pm – 1am for $99.
