Chefs Stand Up: Sara Kramer & Sarah Hymanson
Join us at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach for a curated dinner series featuring renowned chefs using plates as a platform for change. Our guest chefs will create a customized dining experience with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the charity of their choice. Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson (Food & Wine Best New Chef 2017), Kismet (LA) will benefit Planned Parenthood.

Marinated olives
Summer crudité with pomegranate & sesame
Peel & eat shrimp with Moroccan spices & almond aioli
Mahi, tomatoes, chili & basil
Charred broccoli with pumpkin seed & aleppo pepper
Summer corn with za’atar
Stone fruit with coconut granita, mahleb milk caramel & hazelnuts
