Bean-to-bar chocolate from Cao Chocolates at Community Day 2016

One day a year, the public can visit the station responsible for the introduction of many favorite plants and fruits in South Florida. This year’s event, Fruit, Flowers, Fragrance and Flavors, includes presentations on cacao diseases, lab tours and a flavor extract experience with Ashley Duval, plant sales and giveaways, food vendors, demos, walking and trolley tours, educational displays of cacao, and chocolate from Mars. FREE Jacaranda caerulea trees as long as supplies last.
