Concrete Poetry Dinner in celebration of the Sackner Archive
Join us in celebration of the Sackner Archive, the world’s largest collection of concrete and visual poetry and is based here in Miami. This performative dinner will commemorate the intersection of word and image, where language, typography, and poetry inspire each course and guides the evening's festivities. From typewriter pieces by Ruth Wolf-Rehfeldt to event scores by Alison Knowles and linear poems by Ian Hamilton Finlay, this unique evening will delight all of the senses as we gather together to celebrate our city’s dynamic print culture. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to EXILE Books.
