E.&J. Gallo Wine Pairing Dinner at Spoto's Oyster Bar
Sea-to-plate hot spot, Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons, will be hosting an interactive Gallo wine dinner. Inspired by Gallo’s recent wine acquisitions from J Vineyards, Talbott Vineyards and Les Voiles, executive chef Dan Bair created a menu to showcase each wine’s unique flavor. The event’s special guest speakers are Stef Geisser of E.&J. Gallo Winery and Heather Hurley from Breakthru Beverage Group.

Amuse-Bouche Scallop Ceviche with Green Apple and Cucumber; La Marca Prosecco (Veneto, Italy)
First Course: Free-Range, Herb-Roasted Chicken and Roasted Vegetables; J Vineyards & Winery Pinot Gris (Healdsburg, California)
Second Course: Grilled Maine Lobster Tail with Parisian Gnocchi and Sweet Corn Butter Laguna; Ranch Vineyard Chardonnay (Sonoma County, California)
Third Course: Rosemary-Rubbed Swordfish and Mushroom-Tomato Ragout ;Talbott Vineyards Pinot Noir (Salinas, California)
Dessert: Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberries; Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez Rosé (Provence, France)
