"Intro to Chocolate: a hands on experience" starts with a talk about chocolate, its history and types. Sampling of different percentages of single-origin chocolates from Venezuela, widely considered to grow the finest cacao in the world. After, demo of how we make filled bonbons using our professional tempering machine and, in the end, participants will get some hands-on action, by making their own bars and adding different toppings. They get to take home 3 medium bars.
