Kojin 2.0 & Zitz Sum Host One Night Only Chef’s Tasting Experience
Kojin 2.0, the electric and eclectic new Coral Gables eatery owned and operated by culinary couple Pedro and Katherine Mederos, is celebrating its recent opening with the ultimate neighborhood collaboration. On Sunday, September 8, 2024, Kojin 2.0 will host the event, in partnership with chef Pablo Zitzmann of Zitz Sum, featuring an exclusive menu influenced by Japanese ingredients, techniques, and ideology. Tickets for the dinner are limited, and the Chef’s tasting menu will include multiple courses and an array of dishes such as Honjozo-Cured Hiramasa with gazpacho dashi and smoked sungold tomato, Grilled Mackerel with warm ponzu and lotus root, and traditional Japanese Wagashi Bite (made with sweetened white bean paste), among others.
