MKTplace Hosts Chef Richard Ingraham for Culinary Demo

MKTplace at Goombay Plaza presents a neighborhood cooking demonstration featuring renowned celebrity chef and author Richard Ingraham, aka Chef RLI, private chef to Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union. Chef RLI will offer inspiration and educational guidance to aspiring food entrepreneurs of Coconut Grove in a step-by-step tutorial of the art of specialty cooking. The interactive experience will be projected for viewers, and chef Ingraham will engage with the local community in an open format dialogue. Following the demonstration, guests are invited to experience the historic Bahamian culture of the Grove and enjoy eats by local vendors, inspired by Caribbean foodie favorites. MKTplace at Goombay Plaza takes place each Saturday and is a University of Miami School of Architecture initiative underwritten by The Knight Foundation.
