Namaste and Have a Pint

Yoga and beers! It’s what Hump Day dreams are made of. The second Wednesday of the month, Love Life Wellness Center partners with Concrete Beach to host a FREE beginners’ yoga class followed by $4 pints for participants the rest of the night. Bring friends or connect with other like-minded individuals. Space is limited so bring a mat and arrive early.
