Sinatra's Birthday and Fontainebleau's Anniversary

Jack Daniel’s hosts a celebration honoring Frank Sinatra on what would have been his 109th birthday, as well as Fontainebleau’s 70th anniversary. Three icons come together to pay tribute to Fontainebleau’s most cherished guest and one of Jack’s biggest fans. The evening will include an extensive five-course menu highlighting Prime 54’s unique twist on traditional steakhouse fare by Executive Chef Michael Paley. Lobster Newburg, prime beef tartare, charcoal grilled octopus, and striploin with Gentleman Jack au poivre are among the delicacies to be served alongside five finely-crafted Jack Daniel’s cocktails as smooth as Sinatra himself.
