Why We Love It: You may have seen Arrowhead Beef in your farmers market. This co-op of family farms and processors provides USDA-inspected grass-fed beef from Florida, and features Parthenais and Parthenais-influenced cattle. Small-batch beef processing and aging takes place all in Florida near Chipley in the Panhandle. Available online (they ship via UPS) and from Urban Oasis at farmers markets and Marando Farms.
