Why We Love It: Empower Farms is designed so people with all kinds of disabilities can be involved in growing food, with tasks requiring different skills and abilities to be done throughout the year. The food you receive has been planted, maintained, harvested and packaged with the help of our teammates. Their CSA includes a seasonal and diverse assortment of certified organic vegetables and fruit, eggs and other goodies only from their farm. Vegetables include carrots, lettuces, spinach, Swiss chard, radishes, turnips, cilantro, bok choy, collards, kale, arugula, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, beets, celery, onions, tomatoes, kohlrabi, cucumbers, squashes, fennel, avocados, okra, turmeric and tropical fruits. You can also choose to add fresh-farm eggs to your box. Select either 24 dozen eggs (one dozen per delivery) or 48 dozen eggs (two dozen per delivery). Weekly and biweekly shares available in full and half shares. The 2023-2024 CSA program will run for 24 weeks, from mid-November to early May. Your boxes will be delivered on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. At the beginning of the season, you'll be contacted email about what day to expect delivery.

South Miami (Davis/US-1) – Thursdays 2pm  – 7pm
Morningside – Tuesdays after 4pm
The Roads – Near the intersection of 25th Road and 3rd Avenue, Thursdays 3:30pm – 7:30pm
Pinecrest – Tuesdays after 1pm
Near Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden – Tuesdays after 2pm
South Coral Gables – Tuesdays after 3pm
Coral Way/27th-Coconut Grove – Tuesdays after 3:30pm
Palmetto Bay - SW 145th and US-1 – Tuesdays after 12:30pm
Miami Shores – Near NE 2nd Ave. and 96th Street – Saturday afternoons
Miami Beach – Alton and 41st  –  Saturday afternoons
