This elegant newcomer is the South Florida outpost of the Washington, D.C., fine-dining flagship from chef Fabio Trabocchi, born in the Marche region, and his Spanish wife and business partner, Maria Font Trabocchi. Italian ingredients get luxurious treatment, as in a porcini mushroom soup with sheep’s milk ricotta pansotti and Parmigiano foam and a prosciutto-wrapped veal chop with Alba hazelnuts.
