Gaucho Ranch Beef
Last Updated August 23, 2016
Why We Love It: Gaucho Ranch sources its grass-fed beef from a 100-year-old family farm in the pampas of Uruguay where gauchos – South American cowboys – are traditional caretakers of the animals. They offer a variety of vacuum-packed boneless cuts in both natural and organic grass-fed beef that’s USDA inspected and approved. Their beef has been on the menu at Joey’s Wynwood, Quinto La Huella, Pinch, Norman’s Tavern and Pomodoro in Fort Lauderdale.
