These savory jams include Jalapeño Jam, made with two peppers, hot jalapeños and mild green bell peppers. “Green bell peppers are prematurely harvested, so, they have a slightly bitter flavor,” says founder Agnés Meléndez. Red Pepper Jam, made from Florida peppers when possible, is sweet and acidic. Both work with cheese platters, meat or fish dishes and burgers.
