Why We Love It: “We struggled with this issue while we were starting our business and decided to take it upon ourselves to start our own shared commissary and incubator and commercial kitchen space,” says Helen Cole. “We help new businesses get off the ground, supplying our knowledge base of food safety, regulatory, licensing information, marketing/event information, and other useful knowledge,” she says. Space is fully air-conditioned, with table space, prep area, walk-in cooler space and storage.
