Why We Love It: The first outpost of Uruguay’s beachfront restaurant, Parador La Huella, this new restaurant uses their wood-fire parrilla for skirt steak, rib eye, sweetbreads and other dishes. Executive chef Nano Crespo grew up in his father’s family restaurant in Buenos Aires.
