Why We Love It: This project sells produce grown using organic practices from 1/2 acre in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Miami. They also work with FIU to teach at-risk high schoolers how to grow their own vegetables as well as nutrition and sustainability skills. Plans range between $27 and $30 a box. Spring CSA boxes will begin the week of January 29 and run through the week of April 16.
