Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Islamorada Gold Rum
  • .75 oz honey syrup  (2:1 honey to water)
  • Sparkling wine
  • Garnish: orange peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker except sparkling wine. Shake until chilled, strain into tall glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peel.
