Baked Ruby Red Grapefruit

This simple recipe, ideal for breakfast or dessert, is a great combination of sweet and tart. To loosen the sections easily, use a grapefruit knife, which has a curved blade that’s serrated on both sides.

Preheat oven to 400°. Halve grapefruits crosswise. Using a paring or grapefruit knife, separate segments from the membranes and around entire circumference. Divide marmalade and spread over grapefruit halves. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake grapefruit halves on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
