- 2 hothouse cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped
