- 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft bourbon
- ½ oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
- 2 oz. cream soda or cola concentrate
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-4 dashes chicory bitters (El Guapo or bartender’s choice)
Place bourbon, schnapps, soda concentrate, vanilla extract, and ice in blender; blend for 15 seconds or until very smooth texture is reached. Pour into your favorite glassware and top with two dashes of bitters. Serve with a metal straw.
