- 1 cup dried mango
- 1 cup dried banana (cut thick before drying; they should not be crispy)
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup dried, shredded coconut, plus additional to coat balls
- Pinch sea salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Form into balls. Roll in additional coconut.
