- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 cup fresh mango, sliced
- ¼ cup tahini, diluted with 2 tablespoons of water
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ cup pistachios, toasted and chopped
Toast the bread slices to your liking. To make the tahini sauce, combine tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice,\ and cardamom in a blender or bowl and mix until smooth. To assemble, spread tahini sauce, layer on fresh mango slices, and garnish with pistachios.
