Here are three variations on this classic martini: dry, wet and dirty.
Ingredients
Dry
- 2.5 oz. Plymouth Gin or Ketel One Vodka
- 1 bar spoon Mancino Secco Vermouth
- 1 olive or lemon peel
Wet
- 2 oz. Plymouth Gin or Ketel One Vodka
- 5 oz. Mancino Secco Vermouth
- 1 olive or lemon peel
Dirty
- 2 oz. Plymouth gin or Ketel One Vodka
- .5 oz. olive brine
- 3 olives
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until properly diluted and chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish and serve.
