- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz. Caraway Syrup (recipe follows)
- 2 dashes bitters
- Garnish: orange peel with burned cloves
Stir bourbon, syrup and bitters with ice and strain over one large cube into a chilled rocks glass. Add garnish. Caraway Syrup: Combine 1 cup caraway seeds, ½ cup peppercorns and 2 cups water in saucepan and bring to boil. Add 2 cups sugar and dissolve.
