Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Cooper's Craft bourbon 
  • .75 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • .75 oz pineapple juice
  • .5 oz honey
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • Bar spoon of ginger liqueur 
  • Ice
  • Club soda

Preparation

Tumble and Twirl, the perfect cocktail for all of your summer brunch-ing needs, comes from Kellie Thorn at Atlanta’s Empire State South. Kellie took Coopers’ Craft, a lower ABV, versatile and approachable bourbon, and created the perfect refreshing and session-able summer cocktail. 

Instructions

In a shaker tin combine all ingredients except soda water and shake with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
