Watermelon Water

Makes 8 cups | Once the watermelon base is made, you can use it to create a variety of beverages, or just drink it straight. Watermelon water provides a hydrating beverage that’s full of vitamins and minerals.

Put watermelon cubes and water in a 2-quart container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight. Pour melon and water into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour puree through a strainer or mesh sieve into a pitcher. Discard solids. Refrigerate until needed.
