The popular pig-fest Cochon555 is back this spring in a pandemic takeaway dinner with top South Florida chefs. The 2021 lineup features chefs Eileen Andrade of Finka Table & Tap, Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House and Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea). Each will lead a virtual dinner via Zoom, moderated by Gio Gutierrez of ChatChow TV. Participants will cook along a featured dish, and the rest of the carry-out meal will be ready to heat, serve and enjoy.

This series, created to support local heritage breed farming and the chefs who highlight these ingredients in their restaurants, will also give back to restaurants hard-hit by the pandemic. “We’re committed to carrying on the traditions of Cochon555 for our chefs, farmers and fan base and will be donating a majority of ticket proceeds back to our participating restaurants and staff who have been affected by COVID-19,” says Brett Friedman, partner and CEO of Agency 21 Consulting, which owns and operates Cochon555.

This year’s schedule features:
Eileen Andrade, Finka Table & Tap:  Wed., April 28 | Ticket sales end: April 25
Giorgio Rapicavoli, Eating House: Thurs., June 3 | Ticket sales end: May 31
Cesar Zapata, Phuc Yea: Fri., June 18 | Ticket sales end: June 15

Tickets range from $95 per person to $175 for two. For more information, visit Cochon 555.
