Ingrid Hoffmann, author of Latin Comfort Foods Made Healthy: More than 100 Diabetes-Friendly Latin Favorites, has partnered with the American Diabetes Association to publish her new cookbook and help those with diabetes eat the foods they love. In English and Spanish, her cookbook celebrates the joys of cooking and eating through healthy ingredients used in classic Latin dishes. She joins Will Cole, whose Ketotarian: The (Mostly) Plant-Based Plan to Burn Fat, Boost Your Energy, Crush Your Cravings, and Calm Inflammation, and Timothy Pakron, author of Mississippi Vegan: Recipes and Stories from a Southern Boy’s Heart. His debut cookbook was inspired by the landscape and flavors of his childhood on the Mississippi gulf coast.

Andrew Friedman, author of Chefs, Drugs, and Rock & Roll: How Food Lovers, Free Spirits, Misfits, a look at the evolution of the American restaurant chef in the 1970s and ‘80s. Friedman joins Joe Hagan, author of Sticky Fingers: The Life and Times of Jann Wenner & Rolling Stone Magazine and Miriam Pawel, author of The Browns of California: The Family Dynasty that Transformed a State and Shaped a Nation.
