Edible South Florida explores our foods, our stories and our community by season. Launched in 2010, Edible South Florida is the trusted voice of the local food movement, inspiring readers to support and celebrate the growers, producers, chefs, restaurants, food and drink artisans and other culinary businesses in our community.

We reach followers in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties through our:

Our contributors include some of South Florida’s most respected voices covering local food, spirits, craft beer, edible gardening and Florida culinary culture and travel. Edible South Florida has won numerous awards, including the Sunshine State Awards from the Florida chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists; the Florida Magazine Association’s coveted Charlie Award for Best Overall Publication and Best Overall Photography (Consumer 20,000 circulation) in 2012; and the Silver Award for Best Overall Publication in 2013. 

Edible South Florida is a proud member of Edible Communities, Inc., a network of 75+ locally owned and operated publications across the United States and Canada celebrating local food and the people who bring it to us. Launched in 2002 by co-founders Tracey Ryder and Carole Topalian, Edible Communities won the inaugural James Beard Award for Publication of the Year in 2011.
