The annual Rum Fest Key West showcases the best of rum from around the world from Mon., Aug. 11 through Sun., Aug. 17. Here are highlights:

Mon., Aug. 11 – Day trip to Cuba to explore the Hemingway home in Cuba, the original Pilar boat and visit Hemingway’s favorite bars.

Tues., Aug. 12 – Day trip to Cuba to explore the Hemingway home in Cuba, the original Pilar boat and visit Hemingway’s favorite bars.

Wed., Aug. 13 – Mount Gay Rum Tasting, The Roost, Key West

Thur., Aug. 14 – Cubanita Bar – At the Hemingway Distillery Pilar serves up Cubanitas using their award-winning, amazing rums.

Fri., Aug. 15 – Sandbar Trip leaves Garrison Bight
Dub Pool Party, Marker Resort

Sat., Aug. 16 – Sandbar Trip leaves Garrison Bight
Grand Tasting at the Key West Theater. All proceeds go to the MARC House.
