The four-course meal features a beastly 8oz burger made with Burger Beast’s signature luncheonette beef blend, topped with BBQ pork belly and a bourbon-infused sauce, alongside paired cocktails. Live entertainment will be provided in the private Tahiti room.

The culinary talent for the evening includes:
• MAI-KAI chef Justin Sherrer, also owner of Doce Provisions and Social 27 Supper Club, who will introduce the first two courses.
• Burger Beast, responsible for the event’s namesake burger.
• Gabe Urrutia, mixologist and cocktail historian, who will present the dessert, a Coconut Martini and Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding.
