Named the ‘Best Restaurant in Uruguay’ by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and ‘Best Beachside Restaurant on the Planet’ by Bon Appetit, La Huella is taking over chef Michael Schwartz’ Amara at Paraiso Fri., June 21 through Sun., June 23. La Huella will transform the second floor of the waterfront property into an alluring beachside landscape. Their renowned seafood specialties will be available for dinner Friday and Saturday and Sunday brunch. Each experience includes a welcome drink curated by La Huella’s lead mixologist and passed canapes followed by four courses served family-style paired with Uruguayan wines by Garzon.
