Those fat, sweet cinnamon buns will be back in time for holiday brunches. Now located on Krome Avenue, the popular farmstand and bakery is open Mon., Dec. 22 under new owners who promise to keep the same recipes that have delighted customers for decades.

“Knaus Berry Farm has always been about family and community, and I am excited to continue that tradition,” says co-owner Joel White.

What’s new: more parking, credit card payments and Sunday opening. Cinnamon rolls, milkshakes, cakes and cheesecakes are on the menu, along with locally grown produce. U-pick strawberries will not be available this season, but White says they plan to return next season.

“We’re excited to see how the next chapter in the story of Knaus Berry Farm will evolve,” says longtime bakery manager Thomas Blocher.

Knaus Berry Farm is located at 16790 SW 177 Ave. and after the grand opening, will be open Tues.-Sun 9am-5:30pm. For more, visit their Instagram account.
