What they taste like: Mild or spicy, depending on what they are – mizuna, cabbage, kale, mustards and arugula are often found in microgreen mixes.
When you can find them: Year-round.
How to store: Store in the fridge in a container that has air holes.
Cooking tips: Garnish salads, sandwiches, soups, eggs, anywhere you need a flavorful burst of color and texture.
