From the Mignonette Team: Vinaigrette Sub Shop
From the folks who brought Miami the elevated comfort food of Blue Collar and the fancy seafood at Mignonette comes Vinaigrette Sub Shop at the really fancy Alfred I. DuPont Building in downtown Miami.
“Following on the heels of Mignonette, we wanted to create another place named after a hard-to-spell sauce,” says chef and owner Danny Serfer. “That’s how we landed on Vinaigrette.” In addition to classic subs – roast beef, turkey, ham, tuna salad – plus vegetarian and vegan options, the shop will stock Italian meats and cheeses, including 18-month aged prosciutto, Calabrian salami, finocchio salami, mortadella, sweet capicola and sweet soppressata. Cheeses include scamorza, truffled Gouda and sharp provolone.
The anticipated opening date is this summer and the shop will deliver to Brickell and downtown, as well as offering corporate catering for businesses in the area.
