Mustard Greens

What are they? Spicy greens that range from green to purple to deep red, with smooth or frilly leaves. Japanese mustard is also known as mizuna.
What they taste like: Pungent and spicy, like mustard.
When you can find them: Fall and winter.
How to store: Wrap unwashed greens in paper towels and store in plastic bags in refrigerator.
Cooking tips: Use baby mustard greens in salad. Steam, braise or stir-fry.
