Margot Natural Wine & Aperitivo Bar from Bar Lab Team

WHAT: From the Broken Shaker team of Gabe Orta and Elad Zvi comes a modern take on the classic wine bar, with a focus on natural wines and low-ABV cocktails, such as amaro, aperitifs and vermouths. Natural wines are made organically or biodynamically with sustainably grown grapes, minimal intervention, few additives and without chemicals or preservatives. They're usually made by small producers and often in small quantities, using traditional methods. “We fell in love with this approach to wine making years ago when we first visited the vineyards," says Orta.

Stephen's Delicatessen in Hialeah

WHAT: Reopened after a major revamping, Stephen's Deli recalls its 1954 beginnings with classic deli food and chef "Junior" Biggers, who's worked at the deli for more than 60 years. Another New Location for Bachour: Downtown Doral
