New Year’s Events at Ariete and Brasserie Laurel

Ariete Hospitality Group’s fine dining restaurants – Ariete in Coconut Grove and Brasserie Laurel in downtown Miami – offer unique dining experiences to ring in 2025.

Ariete is offering two distinct tasting menus for New Year’s Eve: the main tasting menu features dishes like lobster tail Wellington and a pork secreto “Cajita China,” while a second bar bite tasting menu available at Ariete’s bar features Homestead heirloom tomato tart and avocado carpaccio with saffron pickled mussels.

Ariete will also offer a Champagne Brunch Sun., Dec. 29, where guests will enjoy family-style appetizers like a local fish crudo, burrata, and breakfast Wellington, along with a la carte entrees like chicharrón pork tamales and a frita benedict. At Brasserie Laurel, the New Year’s Eve tasting menu includes an amuse bouche trio, beef tartare, a lobster vol-au-vent, and your choice of either squab pithivier with foie gras or beef Wellington.
