Nourish and Connect at Community Dinners at Essensia

Celebrate National Nutrition Month with two unforgettable Wellness Wednesday Community Dinners at Essensia Restaurant & Bar at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. 

This special evening on Wed., Mar 11 features executive chef Giovanni Pusceddu in collaboration with Swank Specialty Produce and award-winning author and passionate advocate for plant-based living Ellen Kanner. Enjoy a four-course family-style menu that highlights the richness of vegan and vegetable-forward cuisine, complemented by Syltbar Prosecco and fine wines. Tickets are $119.22 and available here.

On Wed., Mar. 25, chef Pusceddu will collaborate with Gratitude Garden Farm, a certified organic, family-owned farm in South Florida known for cultivating gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, nutrient-dense produce, and plant-based wellness products. What began as a personal healing journey has grown into a five-acre farm dedicated to nourishing both body and soul through regenerative practices and intentional growing.
