Eleanor Hoh brings her Wok Star Supper Club to Paya with chef Niven Patel and his partner, Mohammed Alkassar, on Sun., Oct. 26. Guests will be treated to a family-style three-course dinner with 10 dishes celebrating the flavors of the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. Complimentary welcome sparkling rosé is provided by Dona Rosalba.
