Eleanor Hoh brings her Wok Star Supper Club to Paya with chef Niven Patel and his partner, Mohammed Alkassar, on Sun., Oct. 26. Guests will be treated to a family-style three-course dinner with 10 dishes celebrating the flavors of the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. Complimentary welcome sparkling rosé is provided by Dona Rosalba.

The tasting menu includes first-course dishes:

• Wahoo ceviche
• Chicken hakka noodles
• Duck lumpia
• Smashed cucumber
• Buss up shut roti

Mains
• Island shrimp
• Mango chicken curry
• Tamarind lamb chops
• Daily catch

Dessert
• Brugal 1888 rum cake   

Guests can linger after dinner for cocktails at Paya’s poolside patio and bar. Seating is limited and early reservations are strongly recommended. Price is $80 and includes tax and gratuity.
