PIG X: Livin’ that Foie Life

The biggest independent food festival in Miami just got bigger. Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog’s PIG X (Pork Is Good), a celebration of all things pork, has grown into an epic block party Nov. 2 and 3 at the Little Haiti Cultural Center with food, craft beer, tiki-style cocktails and live music.

Chefs include Douglas Rodriguez of Alma; James Strine of Trophy Room; Kyle Foster of Julep Denver; Fabian Dipaolo of Cvltvra; Jeremiah Bullfrog of EatCon; Brian Mullins of Ms. Cheezious; Jose Mendin of Pubbelly; Jason and Mel Schoendorfer of Babe’s Meat and Counter; Karla Hoyos of Bazaar; Niven Patel of Ghee; Jimmy Lebrón of 27 restaurant; Alex Meyer & Luciana Giagrandi of Boia de; Joshua Gonzalez and Tom Bils of Mama’s Boys; Josh Gripper of RWSB; Carey Hynes of Jaguar Sun; Alberto Cabrera of Marabu; Clark Bowen of Boulud Sud Miami; Alexander Powell of Market at the EDITION; Daniel Roy of The Jim & Neesie; Kevin Johnson of Crooked Johnson Tampa; Matt Hinckley of Hinckley Fancy Meats; and Oscar Del Rivero of Jaguar Latin American Kitchen.

The beer lineup includes Boxelder, Tripping Animals, Hidden Springs and Finback. Tickets range from to $25 for Saturday (music only) to $58 for Sunday (PIG) with lots of options and two-day passes.
