Swank Farms and Slow Food Miami: Hot Pink Tomato

Field trip and special dinner! Join Slow Food Miami for a culinary journey to Swank Specialty Produce in Loxahatchee for Hot Pink Tomato: An Italian Feast, a one-of-a-kind dining experience led by an all-female team of acclaimed chefs who are redefining what it means to cook with purpose.

This farm-to-table evening celebrates women who cultivate, create, and connect communities through food — while supporting Slow Food Miami’s School Garden Program.

Alejandra Espinoza — Owner & Chef of COTOA (Somos Hospitality Group, Miami)

Kayla Casale — Executive Chef at Ara (Jupiter)

Rebecca Ledee — Executive Pastry Chef at The Seagate Hotel (Delray Beach)

These women will craft a vibrant, Italian-inspired feast that highlights Florida’s finest seasonal ingredients — paired with wine, conversation, and community under the stars.
