Swank Table Dinners and Brunch 2019-2020 Lineup
Swank Farms has announced their 2019/20 Swank Table schedule, bringing together more than 70 celebrated chefs from South Florida, New Orleans, Raleigh/Durham, Nashville, Maine and Detroit to raise money for local charities. Their celebrations feature an all-inclusive, all-local meal incorporating product from partner farms, bread from Aioli, plus craft brews, wine, cocktails and just-picked Swank Farm vegetables.
While the farm is located in Loxahatchee Groves in Palm Beach County, chefs from all over South Florida and beyond participate in their popular events, which raise money for local charities. Here's the lineup:
Nov. 17 – Brick & Barrel Brunch with chef David Schroeder (Brick & Barrel) and pastry chef Kursten Restuvo (3800 Ocean)
Dec. 15 – Reveillon: Awakening the Holiday Spirit with chefs Jimmy Everett (Driftwood), David Foulquier (Fooq’s), Joe Bonavita (STK Miami), pastry chef Loic Autret (Loic Bakery), Chris Miracolo (Burt & Max’s).
